2) Why does HTM collect and use your personal data?
When collecting your personal data on our website on the contact page, HTM Eletrônica aims to identify you, when requesting the equipment manual, we automatically receive the internet protocol (IP) in order to obtain information for future audits and obtain strategic knowledge in order to generate indicators for decision making, on the page Work with Us, We collect the essential data to create a database of resumes, where we can identify candidates for future vacancies.
3) Purposes for processing your personal data
By providing your personal data, whether in the Contact tab, Downloads, Training, Reseller Registration, Newsletter or Work with Us, you agree and consent to the specific data processing in this Privacy Notice, as well as:
- Sending e-mail Marketing;
- Advertising of events, courses and training;
- Attendance of legitimate interest;
- Participation in Selection Processes;
- Sharing of data with HTM official representatives.
HTM Eletrônica safeguards itself in the right, if necessary or required fiscally, judicially, or administratively by various governmental authorities, the provision of your data for legal and/or procedural compliance.

According to article 18 of the General Data Protection Law, your rights as a data subject will be met by requesting the data officer of HTM Eletrônica, such as:

- HTM Eletrônica collects and treats the minimum of personal data, being those essential for identification and association of the holder before the company and others that are optional;

- Information of the public and private entities with which the controller has made shared use of data. HTM Eletrônica works with a website hosting service provider (data center), where your data is stored;
- Information on the possibility of not providing consent and on the consequences of refusal. In case of opposition to the processing of their personal data, the customer is prevented, for technical reasons or contract execution, from downloading the manuals, contacting the company’s communication channels available in the contacts tab or performing the curriculum registration;
- Revocation of consent, pursuant to § 5 of article 8 of this Law.

This privacy policy may be amended at any time in order to keep it updated and in compliance with the General Data Protection Law, so we ask you to review it frequently.
