App Privacy Policy

HTM Eletrônica recognizes the importance of personal data privacy and in compliance with the General Data Protection Law – nº13.709/2018 (“LGPD”), wishes to demonstrate clearly and transparently how we treat your data.

This Privacy Notice describes the practices adopted regarding data collection in the mobile application under the responsibility of HTM Eletrônica.

By providing your personal data to HTM Eletrônica, you accept the terms and conditions of this Privacy Notice.

1) Activities based on data collection

a) What information is collected to register our application?

To complete the basic registration on our application, some data is requested, such as:

• First name, Last name;
• E-mail.

The user can complete their registration with the following data:

• Photo;
• Telephone;
• Date of birth;
• CPF;
• Address (Zip Code, Street, Number, Neighborhood, City, State, Country)

b) To create your registration on the HTM Eletrônica App, you have the option of using your social media account. For example, when using Facebook to register on our App, you will be allowing HTM Eletrônica to access the personal information in your Facebook account, such as your name and email (if you have registered them on Facebook). The information we will obtain, in this case, is the same as that required to use the Platform and depends on your privacy settings with the social media service.

2) Why does HTM collect and use your personal data?
When collecting your personal data in our application, HTM Eletrônica aims to:

1. Provide, maintain, improve our existing or future services.
2. Send important communications, such as news, equipment status and warranties.
3. To offer you support.

3) Purposes for processing your personal data
By providing your personal data, you agree and consent to the specific data processing in this Privacy Notice, as well as to:

• Sending Marketing emails;
• Advertising of events, courses and training;
• Service of legitimate interest;
• Sharing data with official HTM representatives.

HTM Eletrônica reserves the right, if necessary or required by fiscal, judicial or administrative authorities, to provide your data for legal and/or procedural compliance.

4) How the data will be processed
We adopt the best information security practices and technical measures to protect your personal data from being violated or accessed improperly.

The data will be kept stored as long as there is a relationship between HTM Eletrônica and its customers and there is no request to delete the data or revoke consent in accordance with Art. 9, Clause II of the General Data Protection Law.

5) Where is the data stored?
The data we collect is stored in trusted cloud services, from partners that may be located in Brazil or in other countries that offer cloud storage services.

6) Your rights as a data subject
According to article 18 of the General Data Protection Law, your rights as a data subject will be met upon request to the HTM Eletrônica data controller, such as:

• Confirmation of the existence of data processing;
• Access to data;
• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• HTM Eletrônica collects and processes the minimum amount of personal data, those being essential for identification and association of the holder with the company and others that are optional;
• Portability of data to another service or product provider;
• Deletion of personal data processed with the consent of the holder upon request and after analysis by the data controller and execution within ten days, except in the cases provided for in art. 16 of the LGPD;
• Information from public and private entities with which the controller shared data. HTM Eletrônica works with a website hosting service provider (data center), where your data is stored;
• Information on the possibility of not providing consent and the consequences of refusal. In the event of objection to the processing of your personal data, the customer is prevented, for technical reasons or contract execution reasons, from downloading the manuals, contacting the company's communication channels available in the contacts tab or registering a CV;
• Revocation of consent, pursuant to § 5 of art. 8 of this Law.

7) Considerations
This privacy policy may be changed at any time in order to keep it updated and in compliance with the General Data Protection Law, therefore, we ask that you review it frequently.
